Create an User/Store Credit

Log in to Chord OMS
Click Users
Click New User
Provide Email and Password and select the Role you want that user to be affiliated with and click Create
Roles can be defined
Once your user is created you will be able to add both Billing and Shipping address (not required)
When you create a new address for a user fill in information and click Update
When a Customer places an order with a registered email you will be able to see their Order History right here - Clicking on the Order ID will direct you to the full order
You can see all items that this Customer has placed YTD in the Items tab
Click on the Store Credit tab. You can create Store Credit for any given Customer to use on your site.
Provide the Amount and the Currency the reason why "Credit Type" and an optional note if necessary and click Create
Credit has been applied and displays as such. You can click the Edit icon below Invalidated and you can either Void (Invalidate) the Credit or Change the Amount
note: When a customer places an order, if they have store credit, the amount will automatically be deducted at checkout if they're using the same email address.
